Still in progress, this large-scale, abstract, video-based work will track the shifting temperaments and atmospheres of San Francisco … generating and displaying new imagery every day.
Each day a collection of environmental cameras dispersed in key partner locations throughout the city will monitor the rhythms of tide and wind, the patterns of weather, the migrations of birds, the daily ebbs and flows of human activity.
Every night a synopsis of that particular day in the life of our city will be projected for communal viewing… visible from miles away from San Francisco to Marin to Berkeley.
